Impact the Community!
Hamden’s Republican Town Committee (RTC) strongly encourages all registered Republicans to apply for appointments as Commissioners on Hamden’s Boards & Commissions where openings exist for Republican members or “Any Party” members, in fact, the Charter of the Town of Hamden specifically grants “Minority Party Representation.” And, as Republicans, we should take advantage of this non-elective approach to influencing Town outcomes, ensuring transparency, and representing conservative values.
The Hamden Republican Town Committee meets the first Thursday of every month at the
Hamden Senior Center
2901 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden, CT
from 7:00 pm-9:00 pm.
Please join us at our next meeting.
Together we can
MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN HAMDEN
“The Town of Hamden has over 37 volunteer boards and commissions with over 275 citizen volunteers participating. These boards have been created either by town charter, town ordinance or state statute. They have three, four, five or six-year terms of appointment, created by an expiration of appointment, or vacancies created by resignation, moving out of town or death. You can be re-appointed to a board and commission.”
